Sport that's going on and watch. I can tell you what mine is if you wanted to -- I think you should go first arrived I. I don't know exactly what it's called but I like when the guys go down the hills and flying in the air. Seeing ski jumping -- jumping that's exactly at ten. To be honest I wanna know who the first person was that says. -- a -- this would be great idea to take and go down a big hill and land and way down. I mean did someone act. Don't do guys I was gonna say Evans scored the first guy was an accident and it did not end well I'm sure for him or his family well and to be honest this is kind of a little sick -- The reason why I like to watch it is because you always had that hint of someone ranking golf course is literally right man yeah -- -- putted three and out there that they have to die well we are confident about that Turkoglu. That's -- the Iraq Stuart what do you what do you have. -- I'm with you I'm a fan of impending disaster style you know I've always favored to ski jump -- restaurant tour two -- -- -- kind of watching on the edge anyway itself. And elegant -- coming down the -- from flying into. How into nothing and it. It's a lot of gravity Winn-Dixie. The cost and the -- and it got this great posture with the idea and I mean I -- I don't know anybody that ever stands like but apparently that's that you lean and you're going down I think if you're going downhill like that you're gonna lean gap in the camping out on exactly Leslie what's yours. Well and this is gonna shock everybody and I'm not he compares admitted that curling. -- Airline currently well there is this one really hot guy that was -- -- Seattle kayak and uses in the pants while if you can -- -- golf -- -- -- -- Winter Olympics for. I mean come on happy and in outlook -- how do you design a workout in the gym -- there. Currently when muscles -- I know you're using the broom the diversity program -- -- I got in my house I mean Jesus I think. 200 drafts of sweeping across the floor -- you know that's where they -- with -- yeah. I want the exact so happening not -- -- that a -- elevated with men and typing -- guys are aren't well speaking of tight pants and how the body. Thank -- -- and and Ted Kennedy could tell us how like you two guys you know are kind of like to keep my feet and Furman the ground and are. I'm like -- don't say that basically markers of ice hockey. I thought you wanna see somebody -- some punches now to that kind of guy you know Wear tight pants you know much. OK now that are wrong with that now it's one I think wanna bring out OK we just went through Valentine's right. -- -- it was a real ordeal well right so I guess my question is what did you do for Valentine's. And didn't turn out the way that you thought it was gonna. So -- I'll -- you Leslie I would like to China and hearing yeah sank. I know my husband's listening to -- so I'm not gonna say it didn't turn out great -- penny was wonderful -- for most women the it's a giant disappointment. I'm just gonna tell you guys that. I'm only in my life not always stemmed rose is probably don't second guess -- south and send high -- and jazz. Or think he can just go pick up some carnations at the Hershey store -- -- and it. And we would much proof -- to get something sparkly. Sparkling Smart and I don't mean some champagne so I take it. You didn't get right I don't know I thought I got DL the bad guys that I had a fact Annan was then it turned out the way about. I turned actor and I was just I'm just speaking on behalf this she said nation because I know for lots of women out there they were. Highly disappointed and I was just giving you guys a heads up for next year unless they were short and -- There were right underneath and trying to blame telstar. Actually turn effort you the only thing was. My wife was not the one that was where to -- get the flowers is most miracle workers who didn't close to noon and the flowers had shown up in there and I should be calling should be calling Fries and personal I sit and they haven't gotten here I guarantee they'll get there the best thing was that nobody else had gotten theirs either so. Job -- -- delivery guys they always try only play a big -- And so we turned out really great we went out for dinner and the whole. How come on the scene was great his phenomenal. Answer my stamp a born again there is ability to town just south tactic to -- chicken I absolutely heavenly prize got to seven days we'll let you look up with a smile on his sense. That's and it just did -- there well I worked. What I yeah yeah is that we used. Are extremely busy week in and of course its only weaken this year so and I just got down. You -- it's great for the restaurant campaigning is just a tremendous amount of work for us because everyone goes out to dinner and looking forward to dessert at the restaurant and afterwards so you know it's. This is a fun evening for. For all strive. Well yeah Valentine's Day act do you think of a better place to get him weak right. Because it has the kind of on the odds that's perfect for you don't have romantic dinner like that but it can also be that intersection of family type of atmosphere which are really like coming I'm talking about the whole room is involved with the right at the dinner I versatile. We we have Alexi come every year and make making nine event and it's great it's great to have them and it's it's. As you know Leslie it's it's. One of the biggest nights of the year for any -- absolutely and writes this extremely busy week for us so when it was over did you discuss -- just kind of pass out. -- -- basically he's married to bishop Jesus gets and they're just so many in the business so it is a few of those words. We -- -- you just a moment you sleep for the there you -- around your Valentine the week after. Yeah right basically have you know everything comes down right -- comes out civil win you'd like. What adult adult go out to eat someplace and say hey this kind of our Valentine -- if you do we do a lot of cooking at home run and yeah. You know we enjoy we enjoy going out and and going to different places but. Com yeah we both cook while we cook at home often respond let's get -- that's his veto maybe next year I should just. Make a special dinner for the first you're an average gal right at my house because you can do that he is I can do -- Because I -- -- ask your editor and minister catering acting that cater your Valentine Phoenix you're so scared absolutely there are lots of glitter like it. I did Larry get rewards -- -- -- Yeah right right after Easter and happy gal fun I don't like about where's where we can find everybody -- be able -- -- doesn't get all that put together. Absolutely. Anyway just -- mine was very -- and who is or other couples we had a game nice -- isn't -- it was just kind of and kinda hang out more money daily downtown and it was and you know we had a few injuries played a few games. You know. Just kind of had a good. You know it's good to have a family night because I've got an older son now his get right to graduate. He won't be around as imagined. You know it's just didn't panic just yet -- -- doesn't get the key right this is on it doesn't Galileo and wrap it up on my blog entry that no right. Enjoy the monopoly kid you're here on I. I okay you know it is what it is it's always it's amazing how many times those people found signs. That anticipation. And then they get that build up and then either something doesn't happen or something goes wrong. Yes you're setting yourself up for a major disappointment right and I think this year. We definitely did not set ourselves. That and that's why it was just an enjoyable now -- That's greatness in New Year's -- is another one of those -- exact everybody anticipates that an end if they go down and -- who should be for any tiny little reason. Trying to distance horse I never -- really not just don't believe it's an amateur so. -- there yeah well you know that's Dahlia I have some. All right well. Where you can make you have some about commercial break king live at pace and they all you guys bill that's right but you're listening to thirteen 70 AM. And this is he says she said show. Why well what you do in the day it's still a long story I'll keep it short but I'd start cooking young when I was nine at home and come my first job in the business when I was about eighteen. And I know that week his one and lots of accolades. And that reviews on his restaurant are just great this isn't just me. Now I'm liking it I mean and -- honestly say they'd just very good back again yet again on the list of the cardinal and one of the top restaurants in town that's right it's a place you don't want to miss and why did you tell us for a quick -- about what we have -- president we can make sure they get money for this -- project -- is out. The -- I'm glad to know how to -- yeah. So let me ask how much is that he's an idea that's true it's true. -- it's a little bit more than just pain or not you got to actually eat them didn't pay them off without so what are we have in front of the seller is this what are we it's beautiful here. Are doing a three course or tonight and I. First course is AM it's a very light simple dish it's so much she she she me it's slightly glazed with a little sugar and vinegar. Served with mustard trail which is aimed Muster agreement very light and delicate and from -- creek farms here in Austin. And a Blackberry on the slider to -- -- system each wheel itself. Greg yeah I mean what is your guys go ahead and -- there aren't going to be it's amazing we can't have silence on the radios no silence that Osama and oh yeah. You're going to do and I'll talk is -- talk about the wind you know pairing with this BS and this is it -- times riesling. And I'm a huge reason hand and it. Always on the barricades for because I think you know so many Americans are first and only experience was reasoning has been -- nine right is that experience yeah I could I remember that actually yeah. I don't every remember tonight I go yeah I was there but it was yeah well long story coming up. And and they -- and their idea of riesling is you know something is released its sickly sweet you know very thick and not -- pleasant. When in fact most reasons are many -- she can buy -- from Germany and Austria com are very dry now. The free it is there but there -- There's a wonderful dryness and acidity at the end of the wine that tied a very nicely in the mouse he don't get that cloying. Sort of this. We'll answer the cops sir Paul field -- -- I think a lot of people. Equate -- with just a -- -- they don't understand and they do you make them the -- -- -- -- out that this is -- -- -- dry wine and I have to say -- lakers knocked this one out the part that is so it was very good when they do our pairings and de -- they're dangerous -- spot aren't I I can go there is a caterer and I'm not Somalia and far from Brian I don't call myself an expert by any shape and stretch of the imagination. I can walk in there with the minions and this is what I'm having what would Jesus Jack shirt and they can do it in you guys did the same thing and we intentionally do it every night I mean we offer a fun course JC many of the seven course tasting menu vegetarian TC many of we pair wines with every course of this -- his clothes off our regular menu which we changed every day and it's by the last two writes I don't have a my whole bottle and you taste different state and their small -- are 23 ounces per -- so you got me out a little had been overdue he has said that's -- and that's great especially -- at -- -- seven course tasting menu. If you drink a full forums or six -- -- you couldn't drive home now I said this is that's the proper way to do -- night. Is reading I was going there and kind of Reading you're the menus and things and that's what I want to ask you about where your course tasting the five and seventeen. So when your doing something like that. First volume I'm sure you have to make reservations to be able to have CoreStates and -- is that something no you know we are men and caddies do whatever you want offered both -- offered every night. Right and is it something where. I also saw where your menu is different every day even. So far your courses the five and seven courses also different each day or is that something where it's a little more and then they change every day. Well -- and we're not we we move things around. Our pro teams rules say relatively constant on the season particularly when certain -- running around but our starters are avenger sauces they change every day. And we move them around. And we have a great crew it's it's it's a weird dynamic at wing because of -- night. First came up with how I wanted to design the restaurant right. I was. Much younger then and I was a cook and I wanted to design something from the kitchen out instead of from dean the front door in that that's a great because people like to see. The cooking and all the activity and things like -- right and in Canada and good but to be honest I was being probably a little more selfish I just I want I realized how was I did I want it play. Happy and and selfish act because people love it and it's a wonderful concept and -- so what we have basically our. A group of -- commend every single day now they see what's in the law order basically they see what's in the fridge. And they put it together and we have. Clearly for different people writing our menu from the kitchen every single day -- it always reads like one person wrote it and I've never been able to figure out how. I'm wonder if it's just I can't explain it. Well that must have worked together long enough for the each other to kind of know what you're eating you have to you have so many different people in the kitchen now I mean different ages different experiences different skill sets. And yet it always looks like. When activated together yeah the next half and it worked for us for twelve years so I don't know here's something else that I think is really really interesting about wink is that they are. They try to use as many local purveyors as possible and Brian is kind of and it's Berry farm to market right I mean you know it's very fresh it's very fresh I think I like the ship's mystery basket every -- this is what -- -- what are you get dramatic investments and -- from far away yeah. Yeah that's all precious to must wonder -- greens and that's the start of that of a perfect dinner and it's -- has been unconventional and it's been this way because. You know for many years as you know too loosely been in the business. You know. And and then menu that doesn't change -- -- it -- restaurant owners have always wanted they wanted right consistency that he's -- that an asset -- they think their customers to prefer something it's always going to be there right there in some your favorite dishes as your favorite restaurants are always going to be there and this is are you relying on right. What we've done on the other we've kind of turn that on its head and what we sell this quality in Boca and so when we have people that come into our place two or three times a week. Knowing that they're not gonna have the same dish but knowing that the quality is going to be yourself for them. It's an experiment it's fun and when they -- -- as opposed to coming in and and looking for you know. Can I have that same chicken bridal can -- beef can I have that same exact her well and so people can and looking good they're gonna have they have a different experience with the gonna have the same express bus -- there's an excitement to that kind of menu right for the well it's more experience -- opposed to just saying yeah I'm just -- number three. That's what you gotta to better play center or not gratifying to see how many people are willing to experiment on a weekly basis on a daily basis. Because as you know most people are fairly conservative with their money when they got -- -- say they want it to be and yeah they're not coloring outside the lines too much. And we found at an audience here in Austin thank goodness that com. Really do like coloring outside the lines hot and very light alliance at all without no lines here guys still around it's with what we do and it also works because it. You can continue to have people come back and every time it's different. Well it's a surprise I mean every top prize for everybody says that -- makes it really how well that's this. -- something about wink that and and the fact that you know it's going to be an ad rates. Experience and it's not going to be the same thing you have the last time -- it's going to be east something special something to remember. You're gonna learn something may get a taste of something different he may not have ever thought of before. And that's the Bryant's at having a restaurant like weeks that you can you go to. Yeah -- -- it's a pressurized suit and make sure that qualities there every single time and every single -- gain -- -- is does your resting. Well the great thing is is that later on in the show we're going to be talking more about -- in about the different menus in what also what we're gonna have in front of us. And you're listening to that he says she says radio show. Thirteen 70 AM don't come back. Hello welcome back to he said she says we're having a great radio show tonight it's great charity night. -- and black and yes it is and we've got with us tonight we've got -- are with a limit tech electric stand. -- are once you tell us about a limit tact and give us a little bit of how you would be different then other electrical. -- Don't -- -- think he's got I appreciate you haven't seen the show -- today. And attention you questions album a lunatic is different from other local firms. You know first won't clarify you know their -- -- electric is a state certified in the two contractor. The thing about it is that. We're in a unique niche in the electoral industry where you know we we specializing. In lighting right and in lighting controls we do a lot of -- I don't works right -- you and that's when things that we've been able to master within the electrical industry. Like other firms is that. Were able to take the regular nominal voltage from the article one point 940. And 35670. I was a couple of others -- units currently. These guys are I assign a scare me I don't know we were keeping it simple -- The thing about it is. We're able to consolidate. Our experience with the global it industry Brandon a lot of the lighting controls are pretty low voltage right here and so you have the different contractors that sometimes are they're able to do just regular electrical thing you have. A customer that has to hire another person to do -- low voltage. Portion of providing control. And that's one of the things that we're a very unique about that we're also certified to be doing the low voltage side -- so we understand the concepts of I uniting the the line insider of the higher voltage with a low voltage and and -- Tina product for the news is that you know -- satisfied for their needs -- -- Both the the smaller homes in the larger home -- and also India commercial industry. -- I'll do a lot of -- I mean I know that and Austin there's a big big trend these days in real estate for people to -- comes in and want to fix the map exactly there is there any I -- guys. With the goalie and then we'll have more up and retrofitting old house they've built in 1933. Dad has -- old school not into the guys coming in and take care all of that upgraded. And and put in the hot lights and whatever people want for today standards correct. Yes that is correct basically -- able -- -- to come in into our new retro -- -- one of things that would like to do is is make sure that you know. We take into consideration all the different. Requirements that are potential customers have. And make sure that we provide a good solutions form and in the ritual industry there's just so many different things that we can do now based. From from the lighting aspect -- you can do you know rhesus candle -- you can do under cabinet gliding above can -- When I was -- with LED staff now face twelfth LED -- it's a huge thing and I think. What is important I think it's Pittsburgh especially the listeners. -- -- -- if you can kind of take us through a little bit of a step by step as far as what to -- what is the process of the customer calls you. Whether there doing new construction or their remodeling what would be your process what is but the limit tech way of getting. From the beginning of the creation. To the end of the destination murdered their move and end. Kind of what is your process and how would do how do you get information to people how do you you know what is that process. You know first of all we do have several avenues that we have. -- potential customers. Dad didn't touch with -- us. So that we can provide the solution that they're looking for. And you easily most customers either have a retrofit that there won in -- do press and they have the ideas of what you want all right yeah. And -- wanna go body and one of the things we also take into consideration is basically. A room by room approach -- Because he -- some of the rooms for example in the kitchen area. You wanna make sure that you provide good task lighting -- -- know. -- satisfied that whatever the needs may be for a customer. Where. One customer may have a higher priority in his hallways or in a they gallery and so we wanna make sure that we also provide the solution is gone really any humor though special writing that they want for their pains. So I'll -- you can actually sit down. -- is a set of plans and start out there are looking at what a customer's needs and wants star. And then look at what the product is that -- there and then taken meld those two together. And if you do something off the plans are if you go out just to walk the job to see what's possible or not possible. Is is there any charge that is -- -- -- that or is it do you have kind of a free. First time consultations. You know where you sit down and kind of find out what people are looking for. Well. Pursue -- mean we know the people who bring drawings and that's an excellent I mean. The bigger challenges are people who say hey come and see what I -- I want to do right and that's who we come in. You don't just like the drawings we still take the drawings we go we -- them. We ask them questions we try to figure out what they really want to. Way you know that's interesting because it's perfect for me as for -- for example I just made two new house three months ago. My house is completely re not -- Oprah I walked and it's got this fabulous kitchen. But the -- sliding ever the people every modeled this house obviously. We're actually going to use his kitchen right. And so I you know what having the dry -- is all well and -- But I think the fact that you guys come out to decide actually listen and to the customer and and hear what you -- -- what they're actual needs. Our I think is what makes you guys -- -- own car. Commodity for these guys you know when there's nothing worse than having the job done and then they -- can flip a switch and wow this is it working. Right you guys negate that by Marty fixing it before it becomes a problem and that's a real challenge sickest people are weird about lighting they don't know what they want it's very and they know they know good lighting right -- -- in a bad lighting when they see opens ferry did well for them to explain -- subjective. And Clinton made every time it's you could line up twenty people. And you would have twenty different perception -- once too bright ones not enough. Once just brighten -- because it can -- -- three bears well look like lots of different Bear Bryant and our restaurant we have fifty seats in 48 of them want the lights a different way right. And yeah we spent a lot of we've spent a lot of attention our lighting and try very it is crucial for restaurants and this is one of the things -- restaurants really overlook really camera is. How important lighting slightly cleaner dining room did you want everyone to look -- -- movie star but -- practical aspects to you have to be able to actually you know read the menu Krajicek. And right in -- and that's very important. You know dislike. Stewart said it is too important sometimes. He's gonna have dinner you -- have dinner where the -- real bright she's continuing to make sure that you know the accessibility or at the controls are there for do you lose. Being blue create the mood that you want to you know for him dinner -- -- -- Ted Valentine's you know. You have to you're on the ground and a library. No word and doesn't Wear hats and -- -- a bad thing about knowing about wine is the more you drink the more you know it's a wonderful thing. But it. With our one analyst at -- him give. One of the reason people get so intimidated about pairing wine and beer or wine and food and a what are the reasons they do is they think semi solid likely listening liquid like wine right -- think of -- like a suit OK it's not it's not a beverage it is a food it has a lifespan has the right inning in the middle and -- and it just die eventually it's our living thing inside the bottle prior focus a beverage okay we're. -- and I yeah get your battery terminals like I mean I had. It's our club Coca-Cola but you know I can't as one can as one can and it doesn't matter. Why is very different it's a living breathing thing think that is a liquid foods so. And I have a question to ask you know you had kind of at the beginning of the show talked about whole home control. And you were going over some different things that what does that really mean what his whole home control satellite Smart. Smart -- -- all -- art house not a done announced what is what is up. My son actually is a Smart house actually what it does it it's. A unique system that. Provides ease of use for a -- Mika -- know what it is is sometimes twin -- one person in the home he designs already made press. And with lighting controls and be able communion and retrofit so hood or with the existing systems that they have. It provides customers the the he's of the -- control lights and systems the way they want to. Now when you say lighting control and you're really kind talking. For basic. A dimmer. Our. -- -- -- then we go whole home you're talking about the multi levels. You're talking multi level and it's whole. House controlled press check in other words when -- driver the home he and touch a button. It turns on at the lights in the garage terms a pathway -- -- -- -- -- cut to stairs and so and -- when you're in the house he at home button and it's it's a scene where. You know games like to certain level playing denied Eric I'm playing. One affairs is vacation yeah stick to fat cats and gave it looks like you're not take what is a vacation day when. Yeah the vacation but in his preprogrammed. Series of functions that the nineteen system will do. But what it does real quickly what you can start out by turn on ally in the living room. And then after a certain amount of time it stars dimming down low low low and then it goes off and one in the hallway turn on for a few seconds and no one mr. we'll turn on it kinda makes it seem that some. While seems like that's your grandma stay in they're watching her half right someone what do you make you Graham are you kids are okay you can bond get in the dodged -- to keep it quiet so they didn't like set off the alarm or you actually get one of those things that you. He turns on and -- You know -- -- I can you that's I have to say I didn't see your phone. He just he can't with the nuclear technology available you know. Bluetooth camera and Wi-Fi you know I -- -- Barack every visit we're gonna revisit that. So I ask you this with the whole home. Control. Is there a good better and Bassett are there different levels because not everyone has a lot of money to be able to spend so are there different levels that you can put in. For the bird bird. Product that you can start small and grow. Yeah like I give each of preprogrammed and if you didn't have a Smartphone part tablet or whatever -- I have absolutely that's a good question Scott. You know what once again with today's economy you know a lot of people. Not only is not that they came afforded don't want afford whatever is just sometimes is just mean the need to what they want Brad you know everybody has just is certain things that they weren't sure in -- wanna go whole house threat so yes absolutely you can start with a system -- do what -- want -- -- And the thing about -- once they start -- with a little smaller system they wanna grow it -- -- and that's when we come in with our experience we see the fact that you know. Once again in the gonna love it so we want to make sure that we teamed up with manufactures energy news technology. -- the fact is you know migrating from one system to another is. I transparent to leisure sheriff so absolutely you we do have you know actually it's better it's all good it's all excellent -- just you know what into that we wanted to -- -- I do what I Jack and what people think that they -- need their -- may change shirt eat out mediating what she been bar gold he might be a little bit more paranoid when our system of level of security and where some people. They you know because of technology a lot of people are a little tense about having too much of an -- so yeah I wanna -- -- yeah stat analyst and grow it I have a question for you if you're. And now I know -- dead yet and now days. Especially with new home construction that I arrived -- a hot iron about retrofitting or whatever but I know a lot of people wanna -- and this whole Smart house. Conceptual idea or they wanna have run music why it's security it's setter at Sadr can you just start. With a little bit and say I just -- be able to set the alarm and make sure my doors are -- and then maybe later be able to add music or whatever he can. Eventually just to have everything where it where it just flows together bite out of your iPad he can he be having a party just push a button and everything the music plays the lights go arm in coming is that that comprehensive. I guess it actually is that simplified and you know we did just bogs down to one hole definitions call home automation -- just like Scott says you know you are here. There's a veteran and there's value you know and so -- -- that technology that we have today. And the fact that a lot of stuff is either leading towards why artisan mean and it's leading towards. LED lighting so -- he creates a lot of energy savings. Better lighting and so forth and so you're able to give one take on the other side -- you're able to have a very efficient system that that's able to give you. More value for what you know you've got to. And then it did upgrade to the next level exact got back for a taste of technology in your -- are like wow this is pray a lot more that's -- -- -- -- -- I I what's great is -- tech is kind of a one stop shop in other words you can go and come talk to. There you can talk to Salazar and -- -- actually give you ideas that as far as -- -- looking for. They do remodel new constructions they do commercials. We -- our residential. And you won't leave without getting all of the knowledge sometimes you -- the people and they're only gonna give you half of what you need to -- very day and so you kind of going that sounds grade and I'm not sure how that's gonna word and all of that bed with the limits. When you're done you have a complete. Picture. And all of your different variables that Don you can actually taken put into homes in and you can make the choice. Whether you wanna go all the way or you wanna start out you know simple. Another thing is is that it's not just the dimming and things like that but it's actually the fixtures themselves didn't. Being that. The -- take partners. With -- incorporated. You know you're gonna get the latest technology as far as recess you're gonna know what -- LEDs are -- gonna happen idea about under cabinet lighting. In cabinet lighting. And in what's also great is because they work with that specialized material they're gonna know how to put it in. For a lot of sun company's. They don't work without all its button so they're not -- necessarily understand how are you -- -- -- driver away from an LEDs Trey Bryant or how you can -- LEDs because. -- LEDs are so many different ways it you have to figure out how to -- Yeah and if you don't have a complete company that can go from point a to point B to point C -- your at all so air train somewhere it's gonna get lost in either some insight and a damn right they're just not there their hands bride wore they're they're not gonna help you Wear a limit tax. They stand behind what they do they're good company. And down if it was me allergist or -- edit -- by now I can call right Scott actually takes it all I Illini. Our unique relationship you know that. Dead lightning can -- take -- You know right from our office manager being able to take calls and answer questions on -- Into electrical. Just like you know every one of our technicians should. You know are off as -- able to handle that and be able to. Take that information in and you know once again you know Scott mention my name but we also. He also have when our company -- she's very very efficient night in in doing LED. We focus so I don't can community education training.
